Robert Bosch Campus Recruitment Pattern 2011
Robert Bosch is one among the most prestigious companies from past few decades. Cracking this interview is not that simple. You have to be perfect in some core parts of aptitude and technical. Getting a offer from Bosch will be purely based on how you react to the questions asked.
Basically there are 3 rounds in the recruitment process. Each round is very important to clear. Here is the list of rounds which you have to clear to get an offer letter.
Each round has its own special way of confusing you. And each correct answer carries 1 mark and there is a negative mark of 0.5.

1) Written Test : This Round contains a total of 60 Questions which has to be solved in 6o mins. In round 1 you will have 3 sections which are
In written test round they will mainly focus on Technical and Core languages of C, Aptitude English and Reasoning. Now coming to Aptitude you have to mainly focus on
For Technical Written, you will be asked questions from your stream. Like for example if you are from ECE or EEE, you will be asked about Network Theory, Microprocessor 8085, RTOS, STLD, PDC, Flip Flops, LC Circuits, and Etc. IF CSE or IT then you will be asked core part of C, CPP, JAVA, OS, DBMS, and Etc. They may also ask the programs to find out the expected output.
For English Written, you will be given 2 paragraphs and questions will be based on that. You can expect Jumbled sentences, meanings, grammar and Etc.
2) Technical Round : In this round, you will be tested in core part of all your subjects. You should have good knowledge on your subjects. The technical round is purely based on your stream. If at all you are IT or CSE then concentrate more on C, CPP and Other languages basics. Don’t forget to give a glance at Operating systems and DBMS.
IT, CSE, MCA – Read more on C, CPP, Pointers, Data Structures, Data Types, Basic Programs, Swapping, Storage Class, and Etc.
ECE, EEE - Micro Controllers, Micro Processors, Architectures, and Etc. You may be also asked to explain about your project which you have done. So be prepared with that. Try to get a complete grip on it before you try to explain about the projects. Don’t bluff if you don’t know much about it. Just say I am sorry sir, I have not prepared it through.
3) HR Round : Your attitude plays very important role here. Try to be as cool as possible. Don’t make arguments if the HR is trying to. The basic things a HR in bosch will test is
Be as neat as possible. And avoid using languages other than English.
